For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Akily CO include https://www.akily.co/, the Akily.app, we, us, our and Akily. The Akily app and the website are a child development and learning app and site. By using the Akily app or website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Akily CO, may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the app and Site. Akily may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Akily app or site, in order to determine what Akily services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Akily to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Children Under Thirteen

Akily collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Akily collects this information for the following reason(s): To refer to the child in a personal way, we collect the child's first name or nickname (the caregiver registering the child can opt to use any not real name). We also collect the date of birth of the child and the gender with the purpose of providing personalized and age-related activities.

We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our Site or app. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If you are a parent and you have questions regarding our data collection practices, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this Statement of Privacy.

Disconnecting your Akily Account from Third Party Websites

You will be able to connect your Akily account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR AKILY ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time.

Facebook: To turn off Facebook's integration with apps, games and websites, please follow these instructions.
1. Click in the top-right corner of Facebook and select Settings.
2. Click Apps in the left side menu.
3. Go to Apps, Websites and Plugins, click Edit and then Disable Platform.

Google: If you've asked a third-party site to always use Google to authenticate you, you can revoke access at any time. Just follow these steps.

2. In the "Sign-in & security" section, select Connected apps & sites.
3. Choose Manage apps.
4. Choose the site or app you no longer want included and choose Remove.

From time to time, Akily may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
